Job Purpose: Manage the entire student admission process, from the first contact with families to formal enrollment, ensuring a warm, professional experience aligned with the school's values. This role will be key to driving enrollment growth and strengthening relationships with families, acting as an institutional ambassador.
Responsibilities : - Manage and follow up with prospective families.
- Coordinate tours, interviews, and admission assessments.
- Guide families through the enrollment process with clear communication.
- Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM.
- Support admissions events (Open Houses, fairs, etc.).
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
- Manage required admissions documentation and ensure policy compliance.
- Prepare basic admissions and enrollment reports.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas, Communication, Pedagogy, or related fields.
- CRM and basic educational marketing knowledge .
- Strong communication and customer-service skills .
- A minimum of 3 years of successful professional experience in customer service, admissions, sales, or public relations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.
- Professional attitude and people skills with eagerness to enthusiastic, proactive, and positive.
