- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with agreed plans and curriculum requirements.
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain high expectations.
- Assess and monitor pupils' learning and progress where required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community.
- Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils is always prioritised.
