Job Description CARGO: JEFE DE LABORATORIOOBJETIVO DEL CARGOPlanificar, organizar, coordinar y supervisar el funcionamiento del laboratorio, garantizando el uso adecuado de equipos, materiales e insumos, así como el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, para apoyar eficazmente el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES- Administrar y controlar los recursos del laboratorio (equipos, reactivos, materiales).
- Elaborar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos.
- Coordinar con docentes la planificación de prácticas de laboratorio.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas de bioseguridad y seguridad industrial.
- Capacitar a docentes y estudiantes en el uso correcto del laboratorio.
- Gestionar inventarios, compras y reposición de insumos.
- Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el uso y estado del laboratorio.
- Velar por el orden, limpieza y adecuada disposición de desechos.
- Apoyar en la implementación de proyectos científicos o experimentales.
REQUISITOS DEL CARGOFormación académica:- Título de tercer nivel en áreas como:
- Química
- Biología
- Bioquímica
- Carreras afines
Experiencia:- Mínimo 2 a 3 años en manejo de laboratorio (educativo )
Conocimientos:- Normas de bioseguridad
- Manejo de sustancias químicas
- Gestión de inventarios
- Mantenimiento básico de equipos de laboratorio
