About the RoleThis role is offered on an hourly paid basis.
- Provide excellent customer service in a live restaurant setting
- Welcome guests and manage seating in a professional and friendly manner
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments
- Support lunch and evening service during busy periods
- Prepare and maintain dining areas to a high standard
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For- Students currently enrolled on a Hospitality or related programme
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer experience
- Good communication, teamwork, and time‑keeping skills
- Confidence when interacting with customers
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliability, particularly during peak service times and Saturdays
