During your apprenticeship with us, you will spend time working with our Payroll and Pensions team to give you the comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of all the fundamental areas to provide you with success in your career.
We have partnered with Loughborough College as our Apprenticeship provider. You will undertake the Business Administrator (Level 3) course - expected to be over 18 months. Most of your time will be spent working, learning on-the-job by getting hands on experience:
- Online attendance with Loughborough College within the first 15-months, one morning per week with onsite sessions in the afternoon to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment
- Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor
- Attendance to Loughborough College for an Induction Day (Induction to take place on the last Wednesday of the month that you are enrolled, 9:30am-3pm. Confirmation of date provided upon enrolment)
- Attendance to Loughborough College for Functional Skills (if required)
- On and Off-the-job training
The role works within our friendly payroll team, providing administration support to ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries, management of pensions, compliance with statutory requirements, as well as effective communication with staff regarding payroll and pension queries. The role will also support the team with ad hoc projects as required.
