The Parker Academy is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Teacher of Maths to join our dynamic secondary school team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable mathematics educator to inspire students, raise aspirations, and contribute to a culture of excellence within a supportive and forward-thinking environment

Key responsibilities:

To work collaboratively with other professionals and manage the work of support staff to enhance students' learning
Set challenging teaching and learning objectives which are relevant to all students in your classes
Select and prepare a range of resources that take in to account all students' learning needs, languages and cultural backgrounds
Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive strategies that meet the needs of all learners
Have high expectations of learners to ensure they achieve their full educational potential

Pay range:

M1-M6: £32,916 - £45,351

Full time, Permanent

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in subject specialism
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Evidence of continuous professional development
Ability to teach 'good or outstanding' lessons
Effective classroom management
