Queen Margaret University is seeking an experienced Student Systems Transformation Manager to lead the development and transformation of our student records systems and digital student journey.
Based within the Transformation Office, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for the University's student systems portfolio. You will shape a multi-year roadmap, lead complex SITS:Vision development and ensure that technology, data, processes and service design support the University's strategic objectives. Working across Registry and Academic Administration, IT, academic teams and professional services, you will translate institutional priorities into scalable, sustainable solutions.
You will act as QMU's technical authority for SITS, leading developments involving e:Vision, workflows, SRLs, reporting and integrations with other corporate systems. You will also support process redesign, strengthen data quality and reporting, oversee quality assurance and help colleagues build their systems capability.
You will bring extensive hands-on SITS:Vision expertise, a strong understanding of the higher education student lifecycle and experience of leading complex digital or systems change. An effective strategic thinker and communicator, you will be able to connect technology, data and service improvement while influencing colleagues across organisational boundaries.
