The Opportunity
Are you a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a busy school environment? We are seeking an Operations Officer to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our Academy. This rewarding position sits at the heart of school operations, ensuring efficient processes, effective coordination, and high-quality support for staff, students, and visitors.
Working as part of a collaborative and dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the Academy. If you are passionate about continuous improvement, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced educational setting, we would love to hear from you.
About You - Level 2 ( GCSE A*-C) or equivalent in English and Maths
- Business Admin/equivalent qualification or recent high level office experience
- Experience in a busy general office environment
- Supervisory experience
- Experience coordinating/managing wider functions
- Understanding of education preferably primary
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure at key times
- Able to produce reports from systems.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
