An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Information Technology Department for a Junior Technology Analyst.
Reporting to the Technology Manager, this customer focused role will provide initial support for all aspects of digital technology used within the University.
The successful candidate will also provide user training to both staff and students and gain valuable exposure to the University's modern, digital infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience of working in a customer facing digital technology environment. They will be well organised, have excellent time management skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
They will be a team player who enjoys problem solving while learning, developing and applying new skills along the way. With change being a constant, the willingness to adapt to evolving circumstances is also necessary.
Experience of working in an IT environment is preferred but not essential if an enthusiasm for, and competence in using, digital technology can be demonstrated.
