Job Description Εκπαιδευτικός Οικονομικών (ΠΕ80)Τα Εκπαιδευτήρια "Ο Πλάτων" αναζητούν Εκπαιδευτικό Οικονομικών (ΠΕ80) με ισχυρό επιστημονικό και παιδαγωγικό υπόβαθρο, αγάπη για τη διδασκαλία και δέσμευση στην παροχή ποιοτικής εκπαίδευσης. Αναζητούμε έναν/μία εκπαιδευτικό που εμπνέει τους μαθητές να κατανοήσουν τις βασικές αρχές της οικονομικής επιστήμης, να αναπτύξουν κριτική σκέψη και να συνδέσουν τη θεωρία με τις προκλήσεις της σύγχρονης κοινωνίας και οικονομίας.
Ο/Η ιδανικός/-ή υποψήφιος/-α συνδυάζει άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες με δημιουργικότητα, συνεργατικό πνεύμα και διάθεση για συνεχή επαγγελματική εξέλιξη. Δημιουργεί ένα μαθητοκεντρικό και υποστηρικτικό μαθησιακό περιβάλλον, αξιοποιώντας σύγχρονες παιδαγωγικές προσεγγίσεις και εκπαιδευτικές τεχνολογίες.
Αναζητούμε έναν/μία εκπαιδευτικό που:- διαθέτει πτυχίο Οικονομικών ή συναφούς επιστημονικού πεδίου και παιδαγωγική επάρκεια,
- σχεδιάζει και υλοποιεί αποτελεσματικές και σύγχρονες διδακτικές πρακτικές,
- καλλιεργεί στους μαθητές την οικονομική σκέψη, την αναλυτική ικανότητα και την τεκμηριωμένη επιχειρηματολογία,
- αξιοποιεί καινοτόμες μεθόδους διδασκαλίας και εκπαιδευτικές τεχνολογίες,
- συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά με μαθητές, γονείς και συναδέλφους, συμβάλλοντας σε μια κουλτούρα συνεργασίας και συνεχούς βελτίωσης,
- επιδεικνύει υπευθυνότητα, επαγγελματισμό και διάθεση για διαρκή επιμόρφωση.
