Theory of Knowledge (TOK) του
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. Αναζητούμε έναν/μία εκπαιδευτικό με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, παιδαγωγική επάρκεια και πάθος για τη φιλοσοφία της γνώσης, που μπορεί να εμπνεύσει τους μαθητές να εξερευνήσουν κριτικά τον τρόπο με τον οποίο αποκτούμε, αξιολογούμε και χρησιμοποιούμε τη γνώση.
Ο/Η ιδανικός/-ή υποψήφιος/-α διαθέτει άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και εμπειρία ή ουσιαστική εξοικείωση με τη φιλοσοφία του International Baccalaureate. Δημιουργεί ένα απαιτητικό αλλά υποστηρικτικό μαθησιακό περιβάλλον, ενθαρρύνοντας τον διάλογο, την κριτική σκέψη, την επιχειρηματολογία και τη διεπιστημονική προσέγγιση της γνώσης.
Αναζητούμε έναν/μία εκπαιδευτικό που:- διαθέτει πτυχίο σε συναφές επιστημονικό πεδίο (Φιλοσοφία, Φιλολογία, Κοινωνικές ή Ανθρωπιστικές Επιστήμες ή άλλο σχετικό αντικείμενο) και παιδαγωγική επάρκεια,
- έχει άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, καθώς η διδασκαλία πραγματοποιείται στα αγγλικά,
- διαθέτει εμπειρία στη διδασκαλία ή/και στο International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme• πιστοποίηση ή εμπειρία στο Theory of Knowledge θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό προσόν,
- ενθαρρύνει την ανάπτυξη κριτικής σκέψης, αναστοχασμού, ερευνητικής διάθεσης και τεκμηριωμένης επιχειρηματολογίας,
- αξιοποιεί σύγχρονες παιδαγωγικές προσεγγίσεις και συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά με την εκπαιδευτική ομάδα του IB,
- επιδεικνύει διάθεση για συνεχή επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη και ενεργή συμμετοχή στη σχολική κοινότητα.
