Cranbrook Education Campus is seeking a friendly, organised and professional School Administrator to join our Business Support Team.
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our main reception provides a welcoming, efficient and professional service. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities - Provide a warm and professional front-of-house reception service.
- Respond to general enquiries from parents, visitors, staff and students, both in person and by telephone.
- Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the school.
- Assist with the planning and organisation of school events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records and complete a range of administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively as part of the Business Support Team to ensure the smooth running of the campus.

- Is organised, efficient and able to prioritise a varied workload.
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy reception environment.
- Has strong IT and administrative skills.
