Job Description Νηπιαγωγός (ΠΕ60)Τα Εκπαιδευτήρια "Ο Πλάτων" αναζητούν Νηπιαγωγό (ΠΕ60) με ισχυρό παιδαγωγικό προφίλ, δημιουργικότητα και αγάπη για την προσχολική εκπαίδευση. Ο/Η ιδανικός/-ή υποψήφιος/-α διαθέτει ενσυναίσθηση, υπευθυνότητα και δέσμευση στη δημιουργία ενός ασφαλούς, υποστηρικτικού και μαθητοκεντρικού περιβάλλοντος, που ενθαρρύνει την ολόπλευρη ανάπτυξη κάθε παιδιού.
Ο/Η υποψήφιος/-α συνδυάζει άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες με ευελιξία και συνεργατικό πνεύμα, σχεδιάζοντας και υλοποιώντας βιωματικές μαθησιακές εμπειρίες που καλλιεργούν τη δημιουργικότητα, την περιέργεια, την κοινωνική και συναισθηματική ανάπτυξη, καθώς και τις πρώτες δεξιότητες μάθησης.
Αναζητούμε έναν/μία εκπαιδευτικό που:
- εφαρμόζει σύγχρονες παιδαγωγικές προσεγγίσεις στην προσχολική εκπαίδευση,
- δημιουργεί ένα περιβάλλον που προάγει το παιχνίδι, την εξερεύνηση και την ενεργό συμμετοχή των παιδιών,
- συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά με γονείς και συναδέλφους, συμβάλλοντας σε μια κουλτούρα εμπιστοσύνης και συνεργασίας,
- επιδεικνύει διάθεση για επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη, αναστοχασμό και συνεχή εξέλιξη των παιδαγωγικών πρακτικών,
- λειτουργεί με υπευθυνότητα, ενσυναίσθηση και υψηλό αίσθημα επαγγελματισμού.
