An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Post-doctoral Research Fellow with specialist skills to lead research focused on service provision for autistic and other neurodivergent people, to make an important and tangible contribution implementation of evidence informed neuro-affirming practice.
The post involves collaborating with academic and clinical colleagues within a highly successful and vibrant multi-disciplinary research team, based at Queen Margaret University, co-led by Senior Research Fellows in the Scottish Government funded National Autism Implementation Team (2019-2027)
It is expected the post holder will bring leadership skills and relevant research and practice-based knowledge and experience, with particular expertise in undertaking and disseminating mixed methods research. They will demonstrate effective communication skills and have the ability to develop productive relationships with staff within the team and external stakeholders in the research. They will also have the ability to plan, co-ordinate and problem solve in collaboration with others.
The post holder will support the administration, the development and the delivery of research grants and publications.
