Humberston Academy is an oversubscribed 'outstanding' academy located in an affluent area of North East Lincolnshire. With Ofsted recognising the outstanding practice in place for Behaviour and Attitudes, Safeguarding and Personal Development, our students are in safe hands with regards to expert support. Humberston Academy achieved 'World Class Schools' status in December 2019 and re-accredited in 2022. Who are looking for:
Actively working towards QTS
GCSE Grade 4/c or above in English, Maths and Science
Experience of working with children in a Secondary school setting.
Evidence of continuous professional leaving and development.
Understanding of: the theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of all children (e.g. classroom organisation and learning strategies);
Monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of pupils' progress;
Understanding of equal oopportunities, Health & Safety, SEND and Child Protection;
Well-motivated, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
Be flexible and resilient in response to a changing educational environment.
