The successful candidate will provide a high standard of reception and administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Prep School. You will communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external providers, consistently delivering a professional, courteous, and welcoming service.
The post holder will work closely with the Head of the Prep School, staff, pupils, parents, prospective parents, and visitors. You will be expected to build and maintain warm, professional relationships with all stakeholders, contributing positively to the wider school community.
This is a permanent position offered on a part-time basis of 0.2 FTE, equivalent to one day per week (7.5 hours). The successful candidate will be required to work every Friday from 7:45am to 3:45pm. Please note that this day and the associated working hours may be subject to change in accordance with the operational needs of the school.
