The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the academy, contributing to an environment where every pupil can thrive. You will be predominantly working with SEND pupils either in class or supporting interventions. Whether in administration, operations, pastoral support or specialist services, your work will directly support our mission to deliver the best possible education.
About You - English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent.
- A Teaching Assistant Qualification, or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children ideally in a SEND setting.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
