Welcome to Wellington College. Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, our 400 acre estate provides a distinctive and inspiring place to work. As Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of cleaning staff within a defined operational area, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely and in line with agreed standards. You will work closely with colleagues and managers to coordinate workloads, respond to daily priorities and maintain a positive, professional working atmosphere. The role requires a practical, organised and approachable individual who can lead by example, communicate clearly and remain adaptable in a fast‑paced setting.
Domestic Services is central to College life, supporting pupils, staff and visitors across academic, boarding and shared spaces. This role suits someone with experience of supervising teams in a cleaning, housekeeping or similar operational environment, who takes pride in maintaining high standards and contributing to a wider community.
At Wellington, you’ll be part of a supportive school community where your work makes a meaningful difference every day. You will collaborate with dedicated colleagues and have opportunities for professional development that help you continue to build your skills and confidence.
