The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with excellent judgement, strong interpersonal skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach to join our dedicated Central Trust team. As Trust Operations Officer, you will play a key role in the effective delivery of operational services across the Trust estate. This newly created role will help ensure that our schools operate in safe, compliant and well-maintained environments, while also supporting strategic planning, procurement and wider operational priorities.
About You - Experience in estates, facilities, operations or project administration.
- Excellent organisational, project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to use initiative and build positive working relationships.
- Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement and contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Strong digital literacy, with confidence in using and adapting to a range of IT systems and software.
- A clear commitment to safeguarding, compliance and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
