Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a
Digital Performance Manager (Middle East) to join the Regional Marketing team, based in Dubai.
Working as part of the Regional Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving digital performance across a portfolio of schools in the Middle East. The role focuses on increasing qualified enquiries by improving paid media performance, optimising conversion journeys, and supporting schools in executing effective digital activity.
The role: We seek an individual to join as a
Digital Performance Manager (Middle East) where your focus will be:
- Planning, launching, and optimising social media campaigns (mainly META) across multiple schools in the region
- Monitoring and optimising performance with a strong focus on driving enquiries, improving cost per enquiry, and lead quality
- Managing and reallocating budgets based on performance insights
- Owning and optimising PPC landing pages and enquiry journeys, ensuring campaigns are supported by clear, conversion-focused user journeys
- Ensuring proper tracking across campaigns and enquiry journeys (GA4, UTMs, thank-you pages) and maintaining clear performance dashboards
- Taking ownership of day-to-day campaign execution and digital operations across schools
- Supporting schools with campaign rollout, updates, and troubleshooting
- Identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility for admissions-related searches and supporting alignment between campaign and organic content
- Contributing to building scalable frameworks, processes, and best practices across schools
The Successful Candidate will possess: - Strong experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta) with a focus on lead generation
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, landing pages, and enquiry journeys
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, tracking frameworks, Data Studio)
- Experience working across multiple brands, markets, or stakeholders
- Comfortable in a hands-on role combining strategic thinking with operational execution
- Able to manage a high volume of work and prioritise effectively across multiple schools
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore) is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools and evolving digital trends is a plus
- Good written and Spoken English
- Arabic speaker is preferred
