Responsabilidades Clave
1.- Planificación Académica: Desarrollar e implementar planes de estudio alineados con los estándares educativos, enfocados en la condición física, deportes y bienestar integral.
2.- Instrucción Diversificada: Impartir clases que varían desde deportes de equipo hasta actividades de por vida adaptadas a la madurez de los adolescentes.
3.- Evaluación y Monitoreo: Evaluar el desempeño motriz y cognitivo de los estudiantes, entregando informes de progreso.
4.- Seguridad y Gestión: Garantizar la seguridad durante la práctica, mantener el equipo deportivo y enseñar técnicas correctas de calentamiento y entrenamiento para prevenir lesiones.
5.- Fomento de Valores: Promover la deportividad, la colaboración, la disciplina, la autoestima y la resolución de conflictos
6.- Actividades Extracurriculares: Participar frecuentemente como entrenador de equipos deportivos escolares.
7.- Guardias. Realizar guardias de entrada, salida o recesos de alumnos, para garantizar la salvaguarda de los alumnos.
