Key Responsibilities - Financial Leadership: Manage the school's delegated budget, ensuring robust monitoring, long-term sustainability, and compliance with the Academies Trust Handbook.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee our school site on Hailey Road, managing health and safety, premises maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
- People Management: Lead and inspire our administrative and premises teams, while managing HR processes and the Single Central Record.
- Strategic Support: Act as a key advisor to the Headteacher and Governors on all non-teaching matters to ensure resources are maximized for pupil outcomes.
What We Are Looking For - Experience: A proven track record in financial management and administration or a commitment to develop strong financial management (experience in education is preferred but not essential for those with strong transferable skills).
- Qualifications: CSBM/DSBM or an accounting qualification is highly desirable.
- Attributes: A "can-do" attitude, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to remain calm under the pressure of a busy school office.
