So why might you consider us?
As founding members of the NIOT and with a commitment to personal development for all, we appreciate the importance of progression and continued growth within the Trust. With multiple facets to our family of charitable enterprises we are able to offer a unique range of career options and pathways to help fulfil your ambitions and potential.

And with a comprehensive range of benefits and family friendly policies designed around wellbeing and work-life balance we are truly an organisation that puts its people first.
As part of our Oasis vision to transform education we are looking for an experienced, inspirational, and forward-thinking National Director of Primary Standards to become immersed in delivering an education strategy that continues to grow, strengthen, and deepen the impact of our primary education work. Work that influences and changes the lives of every child and young person we engage so they can flourish and reach their ultimate potential.
The National Director of Primary Standards will work closely with the Chief Education Officer to continue the development of our Primary academies and to raise standards though the implementation of holistic education. The successful candidate will lead a team of Regional Directors to realise the vision of exceptional education at the heart of the community.
The responsibilities, stakeholder relationships and scope of influence associated with this key role demand a highly resilient individual who naturally reflects and represents the Oasis 9 habits in all behaviours, actions and contacts.
With high aspirations and a commitment to excellence, the experience sought includes a proven or demonstrable track record in developing educational strategies across multiple schools to deliver sustained progress and achievement. This will be supported by a clear ability to lead highly effective teams and of developing/embedding an organisational culture across multiple schools.
We know leading schools is challenging, and with the Oasis commitment to delivery within disadvantaged communities, the requirement for a collaborative team effort led by inspirational leadership is paramount. We are proud of the support we provide all employees to unify behind our vision to drive teaching and learning excellence.
If your ambition matches ours - we would be delighted to hear from you. Interviews for successful candidates will be scheduled for Early October 2025.
