The Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive **Lunchtime Supervisor** to join our dedicated team. You'll help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children during their lunch break-supporting both play and social interaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunch and play, ensuring safety and wellbeing
- Encourage inclusive and imaginative play across all age groups
- Promote positive behaviour and respectful relationships
- Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
- Work collaboratively with other staff to uphold school values
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A commitment to promoting high-quality play experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
- Experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential
