As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to build skills, gain confidence, and thrive in their everyday lives. What you'll do - Provide tailored behaviour support to individuals in line with their support plans
- Encourage skill development, independence, and positive routines
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals
- Promote inclusion, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction
- Keep accurate records and contribute to ongoing support planning
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people who may be struggling with behaviour or engagement.
- Provide one-to-one mentoring and small group support to boost confidence, self-esteem, and aspirations.
- Work closely with teachers, families, and external partners to create tailored support plans.
- Help students develop strategies for positive behaviour, resilience, and success in school and beyond.
- Support pupils during transitions, extracurricular activities, and moments of challenge, becoming a consistent champion in their lives.

- GCSE English and Maths (A*-C / Level 2 equivalent).
