Neale-Wade Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Lead Mentor. If you can drive continued improvements in the quality of mentoring for ECT's, ITT and induction of new staff, we would love to hear from you!Key responsibilities: - Leading by example and acting as a mentor for ECTs and ITTs.
- Supporting new staff with their induction - planning their orientation day and being the first point of contact for all new teaching staff.
- Monitoring the quality of mentoring across the Academy.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning and development of our pupils, through providing excellent coaching and support to ITT and ECT staff. As the Senior Lead Mentor, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvements in the quality of mentoring, while contributing to the overall ethos and success of the academy.
