Lift Crescent View

Lift Crescent View has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where the individual nature of every child is recognised and valued. All the children, parents, staff and governors are committed to working together to ensure that every child receives the support that they require.

The curriculum is designed to support children in becoming confident and independent learners in a rapidly changing world. We want children to be excited about coming to school and love learning. We want them to be motivated, tuned in and challenged. Most of all, we want children to know that success is in each and every one of them and comes as a result of their own effort. We want to bring it out. We want to give them the belief that they can improve and learn, and to be proud of their many achievements.

Our school is vibrant and dynamic. We place a strong emphasis on challenging and supporting every pupil to aspire to, and achieve, success in all areas of the curriculum. Inside and outside the classrooms our talented and committed team concentrates on what the children are doing and provides experiences and support to help youngsters to learn. Lessons are active, children work with each other and pupil responsibility for learning is encouraged at all times.

Our Curriculum

At Lift Crescent View we teach a curriculum that is similar to other schools because we believe that our pupils have the right to the same school experience as any other primary aged child. The key difference in our curriculum delivery is that it is delivered in very small classes with high levels of staffing.
