Summary of Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support all pupils to make strong progress
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing, behaviour and engagement
Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and next steps
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support learning and development
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment, development and improvement activities
