Hillside Primary School is seeking a Headteacher with the vision, integrity and determination to lead a school community where achievement, belonging and opportunity go hand in hand. Summary of Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to drive high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and pupil wellbeing.
Ensure safeguarding remains central to all aspects of school life and fulfil designated safeguarding responsibilities.
Lead, develop and hold staff accountable for delivering excellent teaching and learning.
Oversee curriculum, resources and finances to secure the best outcomes for pupils.
Build strong partnerships with families, governors, the Trust and the wider community to support continuous school improvement.
